BJP will continue to work for JK peoples welfare
Terming 10 months of BJP-PDP government in Jammu and Kashmir as golden period of History, Member Legislative Council and Senior BJP Leader Advocate Vibodh Gupta has said that centre has extended every support for development of the state and for the first time central sponsored schemes were implemented on grounds.
Addressing party workers at Sadyal Thandikassi in Rajouri, Advocate Vibodh Gupta said that although there were totally different ideology of BJP and PDP yet the experience of 10 months governance was historic. He said that the state moved forward in the path of development and every region was given justice. He said that it was also for the first time in history of Jammu and Kashmir that neither people of Jammu nor Ladakh or Kashmir raised the issue of discrimination. He added that every region was dealt equally and all corners given their due share.
Appreciating for maintaining transparency in the state, Gupta said that during previous era of governents people were used to complain about ramphant corruption and nepotisium and injustice was trademark of these goverments but for the last 10 months, the impression of goverment was changed and people started feeling a transparet government. He said that there was transfer industry in the state which was closed by this government and employees do not spend not every a single penny on the transfers and postings. He said that this is best example of transparency in the government.
Assuring to continue the mission of development and transparency, Gupta said that centre has helped the state in development and Prime Minister is keen to see the state approaching towards peak of development. He said that centre has given funds in all sectors to the state and centre will surely continue its support for prosperity of Jammu and Kashmir. He said that all the central sponsored schemes were not being implemented in the state but in the recent past these schemes started showing results on grounds and people started getting benefits from these schemes. He added that all this happened due to close monitoring of Modi government at Centre and efficient implementation by Mufti govermnent in the state.He also said that people want to see these developments and transparency to be continued in the state.
Appealing workers to work for strengthening party in the area, District president of BJP Dinesh Sharma said that for the first time in history, BJP won 2 seats in Pir Panchal area and this is good sign for the party in future elections also. He said that people of every faith believe in the party and its mission of development. He said that workers must work to strengthen the party because party has bright future in Rajouri Poonch. He said that BJP want to strengthen base in all 7 consituencies of the area and workers must intensify their activities and improve situations in the fourthcoming urban bodies elections. He said that Urban Bodies and panchayat elections are important for the party and party workers must intensify their activities.
