Under party’s series of programmes undertaken at different levels in connection with three years rule of Narendra Modi government, BJP Anusuchit Jaati Morcha organized “Dalit Sammelan” at Samba under Morcha State President & MLA Dr. Davinder Manyal.
It was addressed by BJP National Vice-President & Prabhari Avinash Rai Khanna, State President & MLA Sat Sharma, Lok Sabha MP Jugal Kishore Sharma, BJP State Vice-President & District Prabhari Mamta Singh, State General Secretary Dr. Narinder Singh and other leaders.
Avinash Rai Khanna, while addressing the massive gathering, said that today India is celebrating three years of good governance of BJP led government at the Centre. The Prime Minister Narendra Modi is working very sincerely for the upliftment of the poor and down-troddens of the society. Emphasis is being laid on socio- economic uplifment of the weaker sections, SCs in particular. The previous governments at the centre, mostly headed by Congress, played Dalit Card for vote bank politics.
“BJP works on the principle of Sabka Saath, Sakba Vikaas” and it do not discriminate with any caste and creed or region, religion or section of the society” Khanna said and added that today India is witnessing a change in the basic structure of the working system in every sphere, which was earlier marred by the inefficient and the corrupt Congress led Governments at the Centre.
Sat Sharma, while addressing the gathering, said that our State is flooded with the plethora of public friendly schemes from the Central Government. The PM himself is very concerned for this State and visits this border State at every other occasion. He said that the development of a Nation is not possible until a holistic approach is made towards all the sections of the society and BJP is committed to reach to every single person irrespective of his or her faith or economic status.
Jugal Kishore Sharma, while mentioning the schemes of the Centre Government, explained that it is only the BJP and its government at the centre which has recognised the services of Dr. B.R.Ambedkar and initiated a number of projects in his memory. Social and political empowerment of the weaker sections have been on top agenda of Modi government.
Dr. Davinder Manyal said that BJP is a people oriented party with popular support from all the communities. He thanked PM Modi for the enormous support to the development schemes towards the neglected community and assured the public that the rights of the “Dalits” will be taken care of by the present dispensation.
Mamta Singh, while addressing the gathering, particularly mentioned about the “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao”, “Ujjawala”, “Maternity Benefits” scheme for women population and said that by augmenting the growth of women of a community, we directly boost the whole community.
District Presidents Jangbir Singh and Brijeshwar Rana, State Working Committee Member Kashmir Singh, Mahila Morcha District President Smt. Reba Singh and District Secretary (Org.) Naresh Kumar also addressed the “Dalit Sammelan”.
Avinash Rai Khanna, alongwith Sat Sharma, Parmodh Kapahi and MLA Kuldeep Kumar, addressed the public rally at Dayalachak of Hiranagar constituency besides chairing meetings of booth numbers 72 and 73 of Khairi Mandi of Samba Mandal.
