Deputy Chief Minister, Dr. Nirmal Singh has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the loss of lives in Reasi road accident on Thursday. The Deputy Chief Minister visited Government Medical College Jammu and enquired about the condition of the people who had got injured in the accident and provided financial assistance of Rupees Five Thousand cash to each injured persons in presence of Div Comm. Jammu Dr. Pawan Kotwal.
In a condolence message, the Deputy Chief Minister while expressing shock over the loss of lives, conveyed his sympathies to the members of the bereaved families and prayed for peace to the departed souls. He wished speedy recovery to the persons injured in this mishap. Deputy Chief Minister has asked the Divisional and the District Administration to speed up the rescue operation in the area and ensure timely evacuation of all the injured to the hospitals.
