On the directions of BJP State President and MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA), State Vice President BJYM (Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha) and Incharge Jammu West Karan Sat Sharma along with other JMC (Jammu Municipal Corporation) officials, senior functionaries of the party and local residents of the area kick started developmental works at Rehari Chungi area of Ward Number 9.
The works will be done under the supervision of JMC at an estimated cost of Rupees 3.25 lakhs and works including construction of new drain along side main Rehari Chungi market and a lane will be constructed under the plan.
Speaking on the occasion, Karan Sat Sharma said that due to the efforts of our MLA, the whole Constituency is witnessing development running in all spheres of Jammu West and projects worth hundred crores of Rupees have been done in the Constituency and in many areas works are in progress which will also be completed in a stipulated period of time.
He also appreciated the efforts of JMC and its officials for speedily looking into the grievances of the masses and solving it on priority basis and stated that the keen interest of officials concerning development in all spheres of Jammu West is also the reason that Jammu West is moving towards an era of development which was not witnessed during the regime of previous governments in the State.
He also stressed upon promoting “Swach Bharat Abhiyaan” and appealed everyone to spare some time every week or every day to clean their surroundings so that a clean and green nation could be build in coming times.
