BJP State President & MLA Sat Sharma, in consultation with State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul and BJP Cells Incharge S. Varinderjeet Singh, has nominated Prof. (Dr.) P.L. Kaul as State Convenor of BJP Human Rights Cell.
Prof. (Dr.) P.L, Kaul is a former Professor and Head & Dean, Veterinary Faculty, Gujrat Agricultural University and has also rendered his valuable services to the Jammu & Kashmir State. He is an eminent Veterinary Scientist, distinguished Academician, Social & Human Rights activist and Environmentalist. Prof. Kaul is recipient of several National and International awards, honours and recognitions for his overall achievements and excellence.
