MLC Joined the Locals of Far off Village Chambal Gala in Kalakote for Listening Mann Ki Baat.
BJP senior leader and MLC Vibodh Gupta visited remotest village of Rajouri Chambal Gala at Mathyani in Kalakote. There he took stock of the people of the area who are lacking the basic facilities like road and electricity.On this occasion a special programme was organised and MLC along with the locals of the village Chambal Gala together listened to the Mann Ki Baat. This was the first time when the locals of this particular village listen to the Mann Ki Baat by Prime Minister Narinder Modi. Later while interacting with the locals and while highlighting the importance of Mann Ki Baat, Vibodh described this programme as a forum of people’s aspirations for the country.This is so because before this programme every time PM asks suggestions from the locals through various media so that he can highlight and address the issues of common man through this forum.
While referring to today’s Mann Ki Baat Vibodh said that this is a matter of pride that this popular radio programme has completed three wonderful years of interaction between citizens and prime minister.He highlighted the fact that this is a very positive and forward looking programme where our PM talks about positive issues and initiatives and leaves aside controversial issues.He expressed his happiness our the PM’s offer to scholars to analyse the past three years of Mann Ki Baat and give him feedback so that he can further refine future episodes.During today’s Mann Ki Baat PM encouraged everyone from students to a common man of the country who are actively participating in Swatch Bharat Abhiyan. While referring to PM’s remarks on Khadi Vibodh said that when PM asks people to adopt Khadi, he is not just mentioning a cloth item but this is a thinking which connects common man with its roots.During this programme MLC Vibodh also congratulated a young man Bilal Dar from Kashmir who was appreciated by PM during today’s Mann Ki Baat for the great role he is playing to promote Swatch Bharat Abhiyan in Kashmir.He further added that this is a great encouragement for the youth of Kashmir and more youth from J&K should set such inspiring examples. Vibodh also called upon youth to accept the PM’s offer to play football in each play ground.Of the country when FIFA under 17 football world up is happening in India.On this occasion Vibodh highlighted the fact that every time he very seriously listens to the Mann Ki Baat and called upon the locals to make it a regular feature to listen to the Mann Ki Baat in such village level groups and become part of the progressive thinking for the nation.Prominent among others who were present on the occasion included Ashok Kumar Verma, Sardar Jaswant Singh, Mo Raj Sharma, Surinder Anand, Narinder Sharma, Vishal Gupta, Anu Bhasin, Gorav Gupta and Kulvir Kumar.
