BJP on Sunday claimed that opposition parties like national Confrence & Congress are in deep frustration as they are misleading people on the postponement of bypolls for Anantnag Assembly constituency. While addressing a public rally in a remote hamlet Jawaharpora Lam of sensitive Tral area BJP Senior leader & MLC Sofi Yousuf apprised the people about various initiatives of Central & State government taken for the people of state. He criticised the separatists for playing politics on blood of Kashmiri youth. “There children are reading & enjoying life in foreign countries & here they tell the poor boys to fight for Kashmir” added Sofi. others who spoke on the occasion under “Gram udhay say Bhatat uday” Mohd Sidiq Khan(Gen.sec Anantnag BJP),constituency Incharge Tral Manzoor Ahmad Ganie, org.Sec Soth Kashmir BJP Veer sarf. BJP district president Pulwama Master Ab Gani, Shabir Ahmad (media Incharge Pulwama) & others were present. Meanwhile he also released rupees 5.30 lac for different development works.
People of the area appreciated the efforts of Sofi yousuf to reach out to this remote village which have been neglected by all political leader who were elected by these people.
