Sanskrit scholars meet Jammu Kashmir Assembly Speaker Kavinder Gupta and demanded Sanskrit language should be made compulsory in schools.
A delegation of Sanskrit scholars meet to j&k Assembly Speaker Kavinder Gupta at Assembly Srinagar in the president ship of Shri Kailakh Jyotish Avim Vedic Sansthan President Mahant Rohit Shastri .
Rohit shastri appreciated the works of j&k Assembly Speaker Kavinder Gupta and welcomes the step taken up by the state govt to include dogri, bodh and kashmiri language in schools and colleges, while demanded the due share of Sanskrit language too in this scenario as this rich heritage language is mother of all language and this language represents our rich cultural heritage. So this language should be included in studies so that the young generation should be well aware of our past heritage values and should work hard for development of our society by in scripting Sanskrit language in their day to day language.
Moreover Rohit shastri demanded to Jammu Kashmir Assembly Speaker Kavinder Gupta to provide special quota for sanskrit learning scholars in employment opportunities so that more and more young generation start opting sanskrit language as a mean of carrier.
Mahant Rohit shastri request the parents and other society members to educate our young generation with the various ancient works of our great Sanskrit scholars like Kallan, Billan, Kalidas and many more who laid their whole life for the development of sanskrit language.
So moving on their footsteps will help us to create atmosphere of harmony and brotherhood and to spread humanism between various sections of society.
