With a mission to provide every possible facility to the residents of his Assembly segmet at their doorsteps, BJP State President and MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) with the efforts of locals held a Janta Darbar at Janipur area and interacted with the masses as well in order to know about their grievances and take stock of the remaining works to be done in the areas. Sharma was also accompanied by a large number of people including local residents, political and social activists of the area while he was interacting with the general public of Ward 37.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that a fruitful discussion was held with the locals and many things came up during the public meeting where the locals have stressed upon taking up some utmost important works in the area and it will be seen that these works are taken up and completed in a stipulated time frame.
He said that he has directed the officials of concerned departments to immediately prepare the estimates and take up the works for remaining lanes in the area around Janipur Colony and if any other area has left behind in terms of development, such work should also be taken up in order to provide better connectivity to the locals of the area.
While touring the area, Sharma also stated that work for Multipurpose Community Hall and other works at Trimurti Mandir will also be started soon in coming days and will cater to the needs of locals and people from other adjoining areas as well.
Sharma also inspected the works done in the area with the locals on site and also expected good quality works from the concerned departments which will be done by them in coming days. He also stated that an aura of cleanliness should also be maintained in the surroundings so that the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi of building a Clean and Green Nation could be achieved .
