Showing gesture of humanity with a motive to help the needy, State BJP President and MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) visited the residence of 12 year old Sneha at Resham Ghar Colony area of Ward 13 who has been suffering from Cancer and belongs to a very needy family. Sat Sharma went to her residence with a motive to enquire about her health and helping the girl with her treatment. Pertinent to mention, Sat Sharma has also sanctioned an amount of Rupees fifty thousand from his CDF (Constituency Development Fund) scheme in order to carry on with the treatment. During his visit, he was also accompanied by local residents and political activists of the area.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that it is indeed a matter of great concern for all of us that family of a 12 year old who has been suffering from a very dangerous disease are unable to cope up with her treatment and being a responsible citizen of this great nation, it becomes our moral responsibility as well to help her with every possible assistance.
He said the family is not financially well and at a very tender age, the girl has got this disease which has taken away source of happiness from the family and is a very saddening part as in today’s India which our Prime Minister Narendra Modi dreams about, we talk about Saving Girls and make them educated. So, with a vision to protect this precious life, this small contribution has been given to the family so that a proper treatment is being provided to her.
He also stated that he has also spoken to Minister of State in Prime Minister’s office Dr Jitendra Singh in this regard and he has also assured of providing every possible help to save the child so that she could lead to normal life with lots and lots of success in her future.
The family also thanked the BJP leader for his quick response to save their child and BJP President also appealed the masses as well to come forward in the noble cause and help in saving the precious life of the 12 year old who is studying in 6th standard and he also stated that our contribution could help in building a great future for her and ultimately for our nation as well.
Jeet Angral, Raj Kumar Lalotra, Vijay Sharma, Balbir Kumar Tony, Jagdish Raj, Pushpa Sharma, Deepak Sharma, Mohit Kumar, Shubham Kumar and several others also accompanied the BJP leader during his visit.
