A meeting of State BJP office bearers was held in state office at Trikuta Nagar under the chairmanship of the State President & MLA Sat Sharma (C.A). The State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul also shared the dias. In the meeting the Incharge of various programmes initiated by the party apprised the members about the various functions conducted and actions taken for the achievements for the issues respective programmes.
The office bearers were told about the 19 departments that have to make functional by each state by providing the appropriate persons as Incharge of each department as per the directions of the BJP National President Amit Shah. The departments so identified are Department of Good Governance & Central State Coordination, Department for Policy Research, Media Department, Media Relations Department, Training Department, Department for Political Feedback, Department for Political Programme and Meeting, Library & Documentation Department, Department for Disaster Relief & Assistance, President’s Office Tour & Programme, Department for Development of Publicity Literature, Department for Coordination of Trusts, Department for Election Management, Department for Coordination with Election Commission, Department of Law & Legal Affairs, Department for Party Journal & Publications, Department for Coordination of IT, Website & Social Media Activities, Department for International Relations and Department of Ajeevan Sehyog Nidhi.
Rajni Sethi, Vikram Randhawa, Er. Ghulam Ali Khatana, Rajinder Sharma, Chander Mohan Gupta, Prof. Virender Gupta, Brig. (Retd.) Anil Gupta, Balbir Ram Rattan, Arun Gupta, Jai Dev Rajwal, Rajeev Charak, Mohan Singh Chouhan, Narotam Sharma, V.K. Sethi, Onkar Seth, Rajneesh Jain and Rakesh Mahajan have been assigned the responsibility to ensure the functioning of each department as Incharge.
Sat Sharma and Ashok Kaul asked the concerned persons, who have been made Incharge of different departments, to prepare the report on the departments allotted to them specifying the targets. They said that the efficient functioning of each department shall go in a long way to strengthen the party at organizational level as well as at the ground level. Therefore, each Incharge owes an obligation to deliver up to the best of his/her capability and efforts.
