The Festival of Mela Kheer Bhawani is being celebrated allover jammu and Kashmir by Pandits especially. In this regard BJP District President Aanantnag Mohd Rafiq Wani alongwith BJP Constituency President Bijbehara P.N. Pandita greet all the kashmiri pandits and wish them a happy Kheer Bhawani festival. Mohd Rafiq Wani accompanied by P.N. Pandita visited holy places Kheer Bhawani Astapan Logripora Mattan Pahalgam and Kheer Bhawani Khanbarn Devser (Qazigund ). In Logripora both the leaders met the Pandits and observed the facilties provided by the Government on this occasion. They shared their problems with the leaders. The main problem being faced by them was observed by the leaders Chanaling fencing of Astapan Logripora and the retaing walls of the area. The BJP District President Anantnag Mohd Rafiq Wani assured them that the work of the same will be taken in the hands by Government after 22nd of this month because of the Code of conduct in District Anantnag. After that the leaders visited Meela Kheer Bhawani Khanbarn Devser and met the Pandith Baradari there. The BJP District President Anantnag Mohd Rafiq Wani observed keenly the different types of facilities like Medical, Drinking Water, Livestock are available there .He found all these facilities are provided by the Govt very nicely on the occasion. At the end BJP District President Anantnag alongwith BJP Constituency President Bijbehara requested the District Administration Anantnag and Kulgam to keep each and every facility available to the Pandits on the occasion of Mela Kheer Bhawani.
