Prem Nath Dogra Made Historic Contribution in Keeping the State United: Vibodh

Vibodh Terms PremNathDogra as Most Visionary Leader of His Times

On the occasion of 133rd birth anniversary of great and visionary�leader of the state Pt. PremNathDogra, various programmes were�organized in Rajouri. Various sports events were organized as a mark�of respect and to express gratitude to this great son of the soil. The�first programme was organized at Dangri where a volleyball match among
the local sports teams was organized. On this occasion BJP senior�leader and MLC Vibodh Gupta joined a large number of local youth of�Dangri and paid floral tributes to this visionary leader of the state�before the match started. Speaking on the occasion Vibodh said that�PremNathDogra was a leader from Jammu and Kashmir who worked for total�integration of the state with India.� He was also known as Sher e�Duggar. He formed the PrajaParishad party in 1947 along with�BalrajMadhok and opposed policies of the antinational elements.�Remembering the eventful life of Pt. PremNathDogra, Vibodh said that�this great son of Duggar soil was the torch bearer of the youth and�patriotic citizens of the state. He always fought for the unity of the�state and stood like a rock against the divisive forces who wanted to�divide the state on communal lines. Vibodh further added that�throughout his life he worked tirelessly for the full integration of�the state with the rest of the country. Vibodh stressed that every�citizen specially youth of this state must learn about the life of�this leader and sacrifices made by him for the cause of keeping the�state united.�In another programme, a Kabadhi match was organized at Rajouri rural�mandal in which BJP district President Dinesh Sharma was also present.�Addressing the gathering on the occasion, he said that Panditji gave a�new direction to EkVidhaan, Ek, Nishaan, ekPradhaan agitation and�played a very important role in uniting the nationalist forces under�one umbrella. He said Panditji never had any greed for any post but�his sole agenda was to get the separate symbols abolished and ensure�the free flow of the Constitution of India in totto.Another event was�organized by BJP urban mandal in Rajouri and in this programme former�Chairman RajouriMunicipalityRajinder Gupta was also present. In this�programme also floral tributes were paid to PanditPremNathDogra�followed by organization of a friendly Kabadhi match in which teams of�local youth participated. In his address Rajinder Gupta urged the�youth to follow the footsteps of Pt. PremNathDogra and always remain�vigilant against the enemies of peace who want to divide the state.�Prominent among others who remained present in these programmes�included Atam Gupta, Rakesh Sharma, Vishal Dutta, Sanjay Sharma,�Ranjeet Tara, Nishu Gupta, Nischal Gupta, Amrish Gupta and Sanjay�Dutta.
