BJP State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul, alongwith State General Secretary Pawan Khajuria, chaired a meeting of BJP District Presidents of Jammu, Jammu Rural and Jammu West Districts to discuss the line of action for highlighting the concept of “Cashless transactions” through public advertisements by different means.
It was decided in the meeting that every district will get the printed flex and hoardings with the prescribed matter related to the benefits of Cashless Transaction and the need to adopt the same at the earliest.
Ashok Kaul, while speaking in the meeting, said that the Sushasan Divas programmes to be organized to celebrate the birthday of Bharat Ratna & former Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee are aimed at making the people aware of the people friendly initiatives of the government at the Centre, particularly tough stock on black money, corruption and fake currency. The Narendra Modi government has fulfilled its promise of providing Good Governance to the people and the same is dedicated to Atal Behari Vajpayee on his birthday falling on December 25. He said that besides organizing colourful programme to celebrate the birthday, variety of other programmes will also be held between December 23 to December 26.
Ashok Kaul also asked the District Presidents to ensure that the hoardings and banners containing the concept of cashless transaction are fixed in each district so that the people are in a position to learn and adopt the same.
Jammu District President Baldev Singh Billawaria, Jammu Rural District Omi Khajuria, District General Secretaries Vinay Gupta, Pawan Slathia, and Prem Gupta attended the meeting.
