A meeting of district office bearers Bharatiya Janata Party Jammu, Mandal presidents, all Morcha Presidents including that of Mahila Morcha was convened by District President BJP Jammu Baldev Singh Billawaria at its office in Kacchi Chawani Jammu. The meeting was graced with the distinguished presence of Kavinder Gupta, speaker of J&K Legislative Assembly, Rajesh Gupta MLA east and Mrs. Rajni Sethi , Vice President of BJP and Prabhari of Jammu district.
Welcoming all, Baldev Singh Billawaria district president BJP Jammu said that it is heartening to see a large gathering of BJP activists in the meeting. He said office bearers and other workers must strengthen the organization at all levels and it should be the endeavor of all of us to ensure the victory of BJP in next elections whenever these are held. We must think in terms of enhancement of victory margins of BJP Candidates and for this it is essential that all of us put up extra efforts and contact more and more people. He also announced the name of Vinay Gupta as chairman of Disciplinary Committee BJP of Jammu District.
Kavinder Gupta , Speaker J&K Legislative Assembly said that BJP party leadership has entrusted large responsibility on its office bearers and they should feel proud of being a part of a great organization. He stressed upon BJP workers to work in tandem consultation and guidance of leadership which will spare no effort in addressing the genuine problems of the people. He also appealed all present in the meeting to be responsible, responsive and sensitive while commenting in social media.
Rajesh Gupta MLA Jammu east and chief whip of BJP while addressing the office bearers said that our workers should act as a bridge between the people and leadership of the party. He said that workers should gather the problems of the people and relate them to MLAs so as to solve them. He said that it is difficult for MLA to contact each and every resident of his constituency though he talks to everyone who so ever comes to him and try to solve genuine problems of the people whenever they approach him.
Rajni Sethi , Vice President and Parbhari for Jammu district stressed the need for implementing the decision taken in the meeting in right earnest. She said that it is responsibility of all office bearers to strengthen the organization and educate the people about the achievements of Modi Government.
The proceedings were conducted by Vinay Gupta district general secretary of BJP who also moved a vote of thanks.
