Balbir Ram, Vice Chairperson on the Board of Directors of J&K SC, ST, BC Development Corporation Limited on reaching Srinagar, visited the corporation camp office, where he was accorded welcome by Managing Director, R.K. Pandita, Financial Advisor / Chief Accounts Officer Vijay Kumar Tak, Division Manager, Kashmir besides Manager Recovery, Manager Finance and staff of the camp office Srinagar, Division office and District Office.
The Vice Chairperson interacted with the staff of both division and district office and camp office Srinagar. The Managing Di9rector apprised him about the various schemes of the corporation being implemented in Kashmir division for the upliftment of target group beneficiaries of the corporation.
The Vice-Chairperson stressed upon the officials of the corporation to work with zeal and dedication for the economically poor and down trodden sections of the society.
The VC desired that during the financial year 2017-18, various awareness programmes/camps be organized for giving wide publicity to the schemes of the corporation in different district of the state so that target groups beneficiaries are made aware of various schemes being implemented for their benefits.
He also assured that full support shall be provided to the management of the corporation in taking various issues at appropriate level of the state government for there redressal viz-a-vis target groups beneficiaries
