Minister of Health & Medical Education, Bali Bhagat, during his sitting at BJP headquarter on Saturday, interacted with the party activists and took stock of the problems being faced by them in their respective areas. It was under party’s weekly schedule of its ministers to be available at party headquarter to meet and interact with the activists.
BJP State Vice-Presidents Mamta Singh and Parmod Kapahi and State Secretary Rajinder Sharma also joined the minister as they had their weekly sitting on behalf of the organization.
A large number of party activists drawn from different areas of Jammu thronged the party office for highlighting their local problems. They also discussed the working of hospitals, Primary Health Centres in their areas and sought the intervention of the Health Minister in ensuring that the patients are provided the best treatment.
Bali Bhagat, on this occasion, said that the party has introduced a healthy practice of providing opportunity to party activists for direct interaction with the Ministers to take up their problems. He said that although the ministers are available to the public and the party activists round the clock but still the BJP has initiated this practice so that whatever the party activists has the feedback from ground is intimated to the concerned minister.
Mamta Singh, Parmod Kapahi and Rajinder Sharma, briefed the minister about the routine organizational activities and also the views of the general public about the working of the BJP coalition government adding that the people are appreciating the pro-development and pro-people policies of the government, which is indeed a great achievement.
