‘Will issue fresh cards from party head office’
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Kashmir unit cancelled all the party identity cards issued to its members and workers till date, in Kashmir.
BJP General Secretary (Org) Ashok Kaul in a statements said that the party has decided to cancel all the I-cards issued in the name of party in Kashmir. “New party identity cards will be issued to the workers and leaders from the party’s Jawahar Nagar office,” Kaul said.
Kaul said the decision was taken after party constituted district level and constituency working bodies recently. “The decision was taken after many senior workers have been assigned the task to handle the party affairs at district and constituency level at different portfolios,” he said.
He added, the fresh identity cards will be issued to the members today onwards from party head office.
