The 37th foundation day of BJP was today celebrated with full pomp and show, in this regard an impressive function was organized here, during which party flag hoisting was done by BJP senior leader Mohan Singh Chouhan.
Congratulating the party workers on the 37th foundation day, Chouhan while congratulating the party activists for this day, spoke on the circumstances which led to the formation of BJP. He said that we have travelled over three decades in Indian politics. BJP achieved the distinction of being the only political party at national level to become main opposition party in such a short time after its coming into existence, he said.
Mohan Singh Chouhan further asked the party activists to take pledge on this day to reach the masses with the ideology and principles of the party to mobilize their opinion in its favour and said that the BJP is the only party which has concern and pain for the common masses and is committed to continue its fight for the welfare and upliftment of the masses. “It was due to the tyrannical attitude of the then Governments, that the party raised itself from the two seats to a whole of two-third majority,” he added.
