BJP State President & MLA Sat Sharma (C.A.), alongwith State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul and State General Secretary Dr. Narinder Singh, chaired a meeting of party’s whole timers, normally called “Pooran Kaleek”. This was the first meeting of whole timers after taking over of Sat Sharma as State President of Jammu & Kashmir unit of Bharatiya Janata Party. The objective of the meeting was to take stock of the party’s ongoing programmes being organized at different levels and receive feedback of the public response to various activities of the BJP. This meeting also sought details related to constitution and working of organizational units of the party.
Sat Sharma, while speaking in the meeting, said that the whole timers are important organ of the party and contribute a lot in enabling the party leadership to get accurate and authentic feedback of the ground level. He asked them to keep sharing their organizational skills with the party activists at District, Mandal and Booth levels.
Ashok Kaul said that the BJP whole timers have been playing important role at different levels and they are no less than the internal strength of the party. He said that it is only BJP which can claim that it has some activists who are 24×7 exclusively working to make the party scale new heights.
Dr. Narinder Singh shared some tips with the whole timers so that each one of them feels performs his job in a smooth manner. He was of the view that the whole timers are indeed assets for the party.
The BJP whole timers who attended this meeting including Balbir Ram Rattan, Inderjeet Sharma, Mohan Singh Rana, Veerji Saraf, Naresh Sharma, Puran Chand, Harbans Singh and Vipan Kumar.
