Led by BJP Mahila Morcha State President Purnima Sharma, the morcha office bearers visited Govt. Medical College Hospital, Jammu, to inquire about the condition of the women victims of shelling from Pakistan in Ramgarh, Suchetgarh, Arnia, Mendhar and Poonch areas of Jammu province, particularly a female child Pari, who is struggling for her life.
The Mahila Morcha leaders, while interacting with the attendants of the injured women, said that the party stands with them and is in regular touch with the Health Minister and the senior doctors of GMC and it is stressed upon them to ensure that the shelling victims are properly treated, cared and provided every kind of help so that they get well soon and rejoin their families.
Purnima Sharma, while talking to the family of Pari, said that the cruel Pakistan has resorted to firing in civilian areas which is causing loss of lives and injuries. Even the small children are not spared, which is highly condemnable. She said that no one is above God and we all pray Him for showering His blessings on the innocent females who are undergoing treatment in GMC.
