While reviewing the Divisional Officers/Official meeting of Kashmir Division at Srinagar, alongwith Managing Director, Ravinder Kumar Pandita, J&K Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes Development Corporation Limited; Vice-Chairperson Balbir Ram Rattan, directed for early disposal of loan cases and added that all pending cases should be cleared within a month period. He said that the Corporation has been established with an objective of reaching the weaker sections and to provide financial assistance to the unemployed individual in the form of loans so that they can set up their own units for earning livelihood. Any one, who applies for the loan from the Corporation expect that his/her case should be processed at the earliest and the officials should ensure that there is no delay in sanctioning and releasing the amount of the applied loan in favour of the beneficiaries.
Managing Director, Ravinder Kumar Pandita, on this occasion, shared the details related to the initiating of new schemes by the Apex Corporation namely, National Minorities Development & Finance Corporation (NMDFC), National Scheduled Caste Development & Finance Corporation (NSFDC), National Scheduled Tribe Development & Finance Corporation (NSTFDC), National Backward Classes Development & Finance Corporation (NBCFDC), National Safai Karamchari Development & Finance Corporation (NSKFDC) and National Handicapped Development & Finance Corporation New Delhi (NHFDC). The new schemes which shall be implemented in the financial years 2017-18 as per approved Annual Action Plan of the Apex Corporation for establishment of income generating units under Transport/Small Business Sector, etc. He made it clear to the Divisional Officers/Officials that every application received from the loan aspirant should be processed within the shortest period and any complaint in this regard will be taken seriously.
