BJP SC Morcha State President & MLA Samba Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal kick started the works for improvement/upgradation of internal roads of village Chowadhi. Accompanied by PWD (R&B) officials, local residents and political activists of the area. Dr. Manyal started the works in the presence of a large number of local people. The total project cost of the road is Rs 1.55 crores and the length of these roads are 4.30 KM. The road has been sanctioned under NABARD scheme.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Manyal said that the work will be completed in stipulated period in order to provide best quality of roads to the public. He also stated that other pending works of roads in Chowadhi area and other areas where the works are to be taken up will be stappealed to the residents of the areas to monitor themselves the works in their areas to ensure its quality too. He said that the dream of PM Narindra Modi of a “Shresth Bharat ” will b fulfilled. The govt. is very sensitive towards the problems of its citizens. Dr. Manyal also inspected the ongoing works in Chowadhi. Manyal also stated that the BT plan of roads of d area is also going to be implemented and work will start within a week.The residents of the area also thanked Dr. Manyal for fulfilling their demand which was long pending for more than a decade. Dr. Manyal while addressing people requested them to take benefit of tral and state programs and schemes like ‘Jan Dhan Yojana’, ‘Mudra Yojana’, State marriage assistance scheme, Laadli beti scheme, Accident bima, Atal Pension Yojana, Jeevan Bima Yojana etc. He informed that d old age pension has been enhanced from Rs 400 to Rs 1000 now. Dr. Manyal assured people at soon work on another road in Chowadi will b started.
