M.L.A R.S Pura Dr. Gagan Bhagat met with association of Bus Stand Salehar and presented him a memorandum regarding issues pertaining to the roads and street lights. While talking to the media Dr.Gagan Bhagat said that he has looked into the matter and the genuine demands of the association will be considered on priority and they should also contribute in making the village “GREAN and CLEAN” .He also informed that issue of Macadamization of Salehar-Rathana road, New Plots Salehar-Gandli-Kool Kalan roads besides other roads in R.S Pura Constituency. The Legislator directed the Tehsildaar Bishnah ,and SDPO R.S Pura and asked him to prepare list of kiosks and other rehariwaals who are here for the past couple of months, when the govt. verified the identities of Rohingyas and Burmese nationals who are living here illegally, since Salehar is a border town and is always considered risky. The deputation also raised the issue of Laborers from neighboring states who are coming in large numbers and are affecting the employment prospects of the local laborer. Dr. Gagan Bhagat assured that very soon their grievances will be rectified. Later in a program organized by part workers at Chak Tahir, Dr.Gagan Bhagat laid the foundation stone for the lane and drain, while speaking on the occasion Dr.Gagan Bhagat said since BJP Govt. has came into power in State and at the Centre several developmental works has been done and now its upto the public to judge that ideology and work culture of the party is different from the other political parties who ruled the state and country for over 65 years and it is quite clear that development ,work , care and agitate for every section in the society is in the DNA of every worker and in the Bharatiya Janta Party. He further said that he is very happy to donate funds on the recommendation of general public, since there is an apprehension that every elected representative always ignores general public and the developmental works are done as per the demand of some party workers, he insisted that the party has the slogan of “Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas”, and he is here because people has voted for him and now it is his duty to respect the verdict and for that he is here and he will always perform the developmental works as per the demand of the general public because the party high command has strictly asked the workers to reach to the public and involve them into the developmental activities. He maintained that very soon the pending works of the area will be completed in the minimum time frame and with the upgradation of 100 KVA to 250 KVA Electric Sub-Station of the village, construction of boundary wall of the GMS, Chal Tahir, Construction of Community bathroom for the womens. Dr. Gagan Bhagat also visited the incomplete Irrigation Tubewell in the area and directed the officials to rectify the shortcomings within a week so that farmers do not face any difficulty in the upcoming Basmati cultivation, he assured that he will himself tour the area and inspect the canals where the reports of incomplete desilting or any other problems come into his notice.
