Dy CM Dr.Nirmal Singh released the special issue of national magazine Chanakya Varta in a impressive function at Press Club of Jammu. Senior RSS functionaries Prant Sangchalak Brig.Suchet Singh, Sh.Purshotam Dadichi, Sh.Laxmi Narayan Bhala, Sh.Amit Jain, Sh.Kuldeep Agnihotri and others were also present on the occasion. Dy CM also honoured the parents of Martyrs, police officers, social workers and Journalists for their contributions in respective fields.
