Member of Parliament from Jammu-Poonch Parliamentary constituency & BJP former State President Jugal Kishore Sharma, along with senior leader Nand Kishore and senior officials of PDD and local leaders, inaugurated a transformer of 63 KVA with the cost of rupees 6.53 lakh at village Narayan in Panchayat Kattal Batal in Nagrota and kick started a number of developmental works of lanes and drains amounting to rupees five lakh.
Jugal Kishore Sharma, while speaking on the occasion, said that with the inauguration of the new transformer, the people of the village in particular and even nearby will be benefited. He said that although he is now MP and represents a larger constituency but still he has full care and attention for Nagrota and assured to work for the development and welfare of the people of Nagrota.
He also asked the people not to get misled by the false and misleading propaganda of the leaders of NC and Congress and strengthen BJP so that it concentrates on more and more works and appealed not to trust these parties in future elections as well.
PDD Executive Engineer Ashok Gupta, Block Development Officer Satish Sharma, Gram Sewak, Master Dev Raj, Hem raj,Nagarmal Gupta,Vijay and others were present on the occasion of the inauguration of the transformer.
