Member of Parliament from Jammu-Poonch Constituency, Jugal Kishore Sharma, alongwith party MLA from Samba Dr. Davinder Manyal, visited Jakh, Khada Madana, Pacholi, Purmandal and Nud villages falling in Samba assembly constituency. He interacted with the local people, took stock of their problems, laid foundation stone for a bridge at Purmandal, inaugurated Nud to Saria Road under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) scheme. He also inaugurated a road from Gurgani to Dhoon of 2.19 kms length and platforms around trees for sitting purposes which got constructed from MPLAD at village Kahada and also started the work for laying of tiles in the premises of a temple in village Babli.
Jugal Kishore Sharma, while addressing the public gatherings during his day long busy schedule of these villages , said that with each passing day more and more development works are being started keeping in view the needs of the people and the focus has always been on “no compromise on quality”. He said that India is fast heading towards a developed and prosperous nation under the able leadership of Narendra Modi.
“While the PM has been very keen towards initiating new development projects, he is also working towards wiping out corruption and the latest decision taken by him to scrap currency notes of Rupees 500 and Rupees 1000 itself speaks that PM Narendra Modi has made up his mind to make India a corruption free nation, where black money, flow of fake currency will be wiped out completely”, Jugal said and asked the party activists to reach the people, provide them accurate information related to various Centrally sponsored schemes and help them in availing the benefits of the same.
Dr. Davinder Manyal said that the Narendra Modi-led NDA government at the Centre has been very liberal in sanctioning development projects and welfare schemes for Jammu & Kashmir, the BJP coalition in the state too is doing its best for the people of all the three regions of the state.
