A meeting of the state office bearers of BJP was held today in party headquarters, Trikuta Nagar which was addressed by National Vice-President & J&K Incharge Avinash Rai Khanna and National General Secretary Ram Madhav in presence of BJP State President & MLA Sat Sharma, State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul and MLC Ashok Khajuria in which a detailed review was taken for the preparation regarding two days visit of BJP National President Amit Shah on 29th and 30th April.
Avinash Rai Khanna, while addressing the state office bearers, asked them to have detailed information of their respective departments and projects and prepare ready note of their achievements for its presentation before the National President Amit Shah as he is very particular for the basic principles of organization. He further asked them to constitute various committees and assign them their responsibilities for the grand reception of National President. He also asked the state office bearers to prepare well thought memorandum related to all the three regions of J&K substantiated with technical data to be placed before Amit Shah.
Ram Madhav, while addressing the state office bearers, said that BJP is the party known for its discipline and it shall never compromise on this while stressing upon them to reach out for the weakest section of society and ensure that all the schemes for the public welfare launched by Modi Government must reach to the last man standing in last row of society. He asked all the office bearers to be pro-active and come to the expectations of the general public.
During this visit, Amit Shah will have interactions with Civil Society, Media, Party Office Bearers, MLAs, MLCs and various departments of the party.
Newly elected MLCs namely Vikram Randhawa, Girdhari Lal Raina and Pardeep Sharma were also felicitated by Avinash Rai Khanna and Ram Madhav on the occasion. While cherishing the movement both declared this to be as glorious movement in the upbeat path of state unit of BJP under Sat Sharma to reach the feast of 11 MLCs in the house.
