Calls for Strong and Immediate Action against Militants
BJP senior leader and MLC Vibodh Gupta visited various parts of Thanamandi in Rajouri and took stock of the ongoing developmental works in the area. While addressing a gathering of BJP workers Vibodh said that present Government is making huge effort to ensure that all three regions of the state get the due attention which these areas deserve. While referring to yesterday’s cowardly act of attack on the innocent yatris at Batengoo in Anantnag in Kashmir, Vibodh said that such barbaric acts can be done only by the people who have no religion as no religion allows such acts. While referring to the activities of Huriyat leaders in Kashmir he said that such acts are always encouraged by Huriyat and present time is the high time when everyone must speak in one voice against such leaders. He also cautioned ISI to refrain from such acts of killing innocent Yatris otherwise they will be taught most tough lesson of the history. He regretted that such acts always come in the way of developmental activities and called upon everyone to maintain peace and harmony.
On this occasion BJP district president Dinesh Sharma also addressed the gathering and said that he has no words to condemn such shameful and inhuman act of militants. BJP Mandal Pradhan Abdul Ghani Shawl while addressing the gathering said that in such tough times everyone needs to stand united against these killers of humanity. Prominent among others who were present on the occasion included Nita Kocher, Haji Ashraf, Mohd Alyas, Qazi Khalil, Mohd Munshi and Irfan Mirza.
