Speaker J&K Assembly and MLA, Gandhi Nagar, Kavinder Gupta released the magazine “Enquirer” documenting the ceremony held on 22nd of October at memorial raised at Shree Geeta Mandir Smriti Bhawan, Bakshi Nagar.
The Book release function was organised in remembrance of Martyrs of the holocaust of 1947 at Muzzafarabad, the displaced community under the banner of Shree Geeta Mandir Smriti Bhawan Committee met the speaker in his office chamber to release the monthly article.
The delegation extended their heartfelt gratitude towards the Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi for releasing the much awaited relief funds for distributing among the bonafide families of displaced community.
While releasing the magazine, the speaker assured the members for his full support towards raising their genuine issues at the appropriate and said that the BJP led NDA government is committed and will support the rehabilitation process for the community and provide all possible help to them in future.
The Speaker congratulated the President for working towards the protection of rights of this displaced community and working effortlessly in preserving the its rich heritage and culture.
The Speaker said such moves connect our children with their heritage and would help them remain connected with its own culture and it is also going to be beneficiary for the future generation
