The officials of the administration who attended the meeting included Additional DC Arun Manhas,SDPO city Varun Jandyal,Health Officer JMC Dr.Anita Salgotra, AEE PWD Rajesh Sharma, AEE PHE Vijay Sharma, Dr.Shahid and Neeraj Sharma from the tourism department.
Rajesh Gupta while speaking on the occasion issued instructions to the concerned authorities to ensure adequate water supply to all the temples of the city and to also ensure proper regulation of the traffic around the temples.
On the occasion of Shivratri a mela is held every year in the Peer Kho Temple complex and Rajesh Gupta instructed for the black topping of the road from the D.C.Office to Peer Kho and also the white washing of the retaining wall of the Peer Kho complex area.
Instructions were also issued for the painting of iron poles in the area and also the repair of view point at Circular Road.Authorities were also instructed that all the food stalls installed during the mela must be of good quality and maintain proper hygiene.Instructions were also issued for the repair of the Sulabh toilet complex in the area as large number of people from all walks of life visit the mela on the ocassion of Shivratri.
