BJP State President & MLA, Sat Sharma, along with Party Chief Whip Rajesh Gupta, DGP Dr. S.P. Vaid, ADGP Dilbagh Singh along with other officials visited the residence of martyr DSP of JKP, Mohd. Ayub Pandith and conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
Sat Sharma, while expressing sympathies with the family, said that the killing of their son is a very inhumane act and need to be condemned in strongest words by one and all. He said that Mohd. Ayub was a brave soldier and a great human being. He said that, as the security forces have tightened the noose around militants, the antisocial elements have resorted to the malicious ways but the dark forces can never win over the good and ultimately the peace will prevail.
Sat Sharma, while condoling the family of martyr, said that the culprits will soon be tried in the court of justice and reaffirmed his commitment for the setting up of fast track court for the same. He said that BJP has always stood for the right people and will support the family of the martyr in all hours. He also prayed to the Almighty God to grant peace to the victim’s soul and said that whole nation stands by the martyr’s family in this tough time.
Sat Sharma also appealed to the Civil Society of Kashmir to support the persons who are working for the development and peace in the valley, particularly in the time when tourists are flooding the valley with their footfall.
Rajesh Gupta, also expressed his grief and sorrow over the loss of precious life and claimed that the loss was not just restricted to the family of martyr, but to the whole Nation. While describing the death of slain officer as great sacrifice, he said that the sacrifices of braves have always given rise to greats. While terming him as highly professional and qualified officer, he said that JKP has a long history of providing the great services to society in all times, whether in peace or in turmoil.
