Newly elected BJP MLC Bikram Randhawa was warmly welcomed and was given a rousing reception by district committee of Bharatiya Janata Party. At a function organized this morning at its Office in Kachi Chawni Jammu, the district president Baldev Singh Billawaria and his team president him bouquets and congratulated him. Speaking on the occasion Billawaria described Bikram Randhawa as a statesman whose qualities of head and heart will stand BJP in good stead. He said that Randhawa is a mass leader whose intention is always to help people. He said that Randhawa professes a genuine solicitude for all and his experience in the party and election as MLC has generated hopes for many ordinary workers from the position of BJP worker Randhawa has risen to a position of an authority.
