MLA Rajesh Gupta held a meeting of the Hospital Development Comittee in the chamber of the Suptd.SMGS hospital.
Important decisions regarding the improvement and development of the SMGS hospital were taken by the MLA Rajesh Gupta who is also the Chairman of the SMGS hospital comittee.
An amount of rupees 54.50 lakhs was sanctioned for the renovation of the hospital sanitation and upgradation of the main office.
Decisions were also taken for the outsourcing of the sanitation to the Sulabh International.
It was also decided that the area around the hospital would be tiled and other mini repairs would also be undertaken. The decision regarding the clearance of drainage in the raw area ground was also taken.
Sanction was also given for the fixing of proper sitting arrangement for the patients and their attendants. New computers would also be installed along with the accessories. Purchase of additional furniture, storage trolleys, repair of aluminium doors and purchase of bamboo chiks and curtains was also sanctioned. As the hospital is in the heart of the city it was also decided to do the proper beautification of the hospital by landscaping.
