Hon’ble MLA Jammu East Rajesh Gupta toured the exhibition ground to take stock of the developmental needs of the important trade centre of the region.
MLA Rajesh Gupta was welcomed by the members of the traders and manufactures association.
The traders and manufacturers association central market exhibition ground President Parmod Kapahi,Vice President Sarbjeet Singh, Jr.Vice President Dheeraj Pargal,General Secretary Suresh Magotra,Secretary Sanjay Ghai,Joint Secretary Varun Singh, Treasurar Pawan Gupta ,Legal Advisor Vikram Sharma and executive members Rajkumar Gupta, Rakesh Chibber,Anil Sharma, Satvinder Singh Sethi,Kashiv Sharma and Ajit Rana and Chairman of the association Gouri Shankar.
MLA also announced several initiatives on the ocassion including the construction of a Sulabh Shochalaya near Press Club Jammu, the black topping of The exhibition ground, tiling work of the by lanes,sanitation in the area, fixing of lights in the area,cleanliness of the nallas, public urinal in the exhibition area and also the problem of unauthorised parking in the area was highlighted by the members of the association .
The officials who accompanied the MLA included DIC General Manager Vinod Bansal,Sansar Chand,Rajesh Gupta, Ramesh Kumar and also JMC officials Health Officer Dr.Zafar Iqbal and AEE PHE Sanjeev Gupta.
MLA Rajesh Gupta instructed Dr.Zafar Iqbal to take up the sanitation work,fixing of sodium lights and the construction of sulabh shochalaya near Press Club immediately.
