On the occasion of 36th foundation day of Bharatiya Janata Party, the flag of the party was hoisted at all polling booths across the State and at party headquarters. State President BJP and MLA Sat Sharma (CA) started the first event of hoisting the party flag at his polling booth number 106. A large number of people including party activists from the polling booth, various wards and other constituencies also participated in the programme.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma congratulated the party acivists and people across the State on the occasion of foundation day of BJP and said that BJP is committed to work for the upliftment of the society.
He also remembered the sacrifices made by leaders of the party to build a strong structure in the organization and stated that it is the hardwork of leaders like Shyama Prasad Mookerjee, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Atal Bihai Vajpayee and many others due to which the party has reached to great heights today across the globe.
He said that the formation of coalition government in the State was necessary so that the pace of pending developmental works could be taken up and other mega projects which will improve the living standard of masses will also be taken up soon in order to provide best possible infra to the public.
