BJP chief whip and MLA Jammu East Rajesh Gupta got installed a water cooler at City Chowk in memory of his close friend Rajesh Gupta Raju.Sh. Kewal Krishen the father of the late Sh. Rajesh Gupta Raju and his wife Poonam Gupta and brother Xen Ravinder Gupta joined the honourable MLA in inaugurating the water cooler in the memory of late Sh. Raju.Kanak Mandi Traders Association President Sh. Anoop Mittal was present on the occasion. Rajesh Gupta paid rich tributes to the Late Sh.Raju and recalled him as a wonderful human being and a good friend.
Rajesh Gupta gave financial assistance to a flood victim from his personal savings. It may be recalled that the house of Sanjay Malhotra residing in Malhotra Street Ward No.11 was fully damaged due to torrential rainfall a few months back.
Rajesh Gupta while speaking on the occasion said that it is his duty to ensure that none of our brothers suffer on account of any natural calamity.Government has created a disaster management fund to help people who suffer from any natural calamity. Rajesh Gupta also recalled the services of Late Sh.Raju towards the community on the ocassion.
