The blacktopping of the roads in Jammu East constituency at Lakhdatta Bazaar and Eid Gah was started by the MLA Rajesh Gupta . The work is estimated to cost rupees 40 lakhs.
The officials of the PWD Yasir Kitchloo AEE and JEs Jagdish Singh and Rakesh Khajuria accompanied the MLA. The President of the Lakhdatta Bazaar Traders Association Kartar Gupta and other members Amit Luthra,Lalit Luthra and Raj Kumar Gupta were present on the occasion.
The SHO Peer Mitha Javed Malik also accompanied the MLA.
Rajesh Gupta while speaking on the occasion said that the time has come when we have to look at the transformational schemes launched by the Modi Jis government and the latest in the series is the scheme that would bring light into the lives of all those people who have remained deprived of the benefits of the electric supply all these years since independence. Rajesh Gupta again reiterated that we have to connect ourselves with one or the other developmental schemes of the Modi government in order to move ahead in life and also take our country forward. Rajesh Gupta said that sab ka saath sab ka vikaas is a developmental philosophy that we all have to live and experience in our lives.
