Jammu East MLA & party chief whip Sh.Rajesh Gupta started the work at Chander guffa of retaining wall costing Rs 12 lakhs.Upon arrival he was welcomed by the managing Committee members Dr.Gautam Mengi,Mohan lal Gupta,Ramesh Raina,Rakesh Gupta,Raman Gupta,Vipan Sharma,J.C.Sharma,Vijay Gupta and Dr.ML.Sharma.
Rajesh Gupta was accompanied by senior BJP leaders Karan Singh,Purnima Sharma,Surinder Pargal,Rajeev Bhardawaj,Girdharilal,Kuldeep Balgotra,Suresh Bharti,Naresh Abrol,Rajinder Gupta,Mohan Lal Raina,Darshan Singh and Amit Gupta.
JMC officials who accompanied the MLA included AEE Gurcharan Singh and JE R.K.Koul.
Rajesh Gupta while speaking on the ocassion said that everything possible will be done for the development of the Chander Guffa.Rajesh Gupta said that great saints have nurtured our land since times immemorial and it is because of the piety and sacredness of saints like Shri Chander that make our land great and pious.
