Says, border tension triggered by pakistan needs another surgical strike

Hails  GOI decision of bunker construction

Senior Bharatiya Janta Party leader and Member Legislative Council, Adv. Vibodh Gupta  extended congratulations to security forces for their success in on-going operations in Kashmir valley and said that regular attempts from Pakistani side to create disturbance on borders need reply in the form of another ‘Surgical Strike’.
Gupta while interacting with border residents of Rajouri on the second day of his two days border area tour,in Rajouri district said that Govt. is committed for the overall development of border residents besides ensuring the Safety and security of people.
In his address, Gupta said that security forces, through well coordinated operations, have achieved major success against militants and many deadly militant commanders have also been gunned down.
“Our forces, including army, state police and all other Central Forces and intelligence agencies, deserve appreciation for such commendable success in past few months in valley ” Gupta said adding that our brave security personals have also foiled a number of attacks on security establishments in Kashmir there by foiling nefarious designs of antinational and militant elements.
He also welcomed the statement of Air Force Chief saying that Pakistan is regularly triggering tensions on borders through ceasefire violation and pushing in infiltrators and deserve another Surgical strike.MLC Vibodh Gupta also hailed the approach of Government of India for giving sanction to individual / household as well as community bunkers for the border areas terming it a landmark decision in favour of our border population. Gupta said that Centre Govt. is committed for fulfilling the promises made with the Border residents. Govt. is going to construct almost 19000 individual Bunkers besides 4700 Community Bunkers.
Gupta also recalled that during his recent visit in Nowshera Rajouri, Home Minister of India, Rajnath Singh termed our border population as real strategic asset for our nation and Government is taking complete care of this most valuable asset. He also said that, with the construction of bunkers, scare of death during ceasefire violation from Pakistani side will come to an end.
He further asked some political leaders of state to shun politicising this matter and appealed all the Leaders to come under one Umbrella, over and above the Party Politics to give a befitting reply to the neighbouring Country. He asked the people that be united and stand against the ill will of the neighbouring country. He also appealed the public not become prey to Divisive Politics as the Govt. is committed for each and every single man of the Country.
