To listen to grievances and address the issues raised
by the people, State vice-president, BJP Yudhvir Sethi today attended
the pubic grievance redressal camp at Dr. Shama Prasad Mukherjee
Bhawan,BJP office Jammu.
Series of deputations from different walks of life called on Yudhvir
and presented their demands.
A group of All Migrant Employees Association Kashmir (AMEAK) led by
Robin Saproo called Yudhvir Sethi and said that families of PM
package and non package employees working in Valley are facing
starvation after they have been deprived of single source of income.
Making an appeal to the State and Centre Governments through Yudhvir
Sethi that it may ensure that they will get their salaries without any
further delay, these employees want Governments to issue directions in
this regard so that their families could not face any more hardships.
They said that majority of employees could not have received yet
salary of July and August month too .
Deputation from Kishrtwar led by Anju Singh raised the various issues
of young youths and Yudhvir heard them keenly and assured that he
will take the issue with the government for upgradation of youths.
Another deputation from channi himmat projected their demand for
proper upkeep and maintenance of the park in their area.
Yudhvir immediately took up the issues with the concerned authorities
and assured that genuine grievances would be brought to the notice of
authorities for early redressal and assured that proper follow up for
the issues raised will be done .
Yudhvir would be available for meeting public at the party headquarter
every Friday, a handout said.
