To resolve the issues at General Bus Stand shopkeepers, BJP State Vice President Yudhvir Sethi on Saturday led the delegation of Bus stand Association Jammu and had detailed meeting with Divisional Commissioner Jammu Pawan Kotwal and presented issues of the association with the Div Com authorities.
Bus stand association members are demanding the shops should be given to all at new ISBT and that too in some time limit.
Div. Com has assured to address the issues presented by the association.
Yudhvir has appealed administration to solve their issues as early as possible.
Delegation has demanded that shops should be given as a rehabilitation to them and that too within two three months so that they can shift to the new place.
President of the Association, Ashutosh Gupta, Chairman Satish Gupta, Gen secy Rajneesh Gupta, Amarjeet Singh, Adarsh Ji, Bila Sharma and others were in delegation.
While lauding the role of Yudhvir, Ashutosh said that the issues have been well represented and the association hopes that the authorities would address the genuine issues of the bus stand business community on priority
He further said that immediate rehabilitation is needed for others like transporters, hotel owners etc too who are getting suffered by this process of shifting.
