Dr. Gagan Bhagat MLA RS Pura & Political Advisor to State BJP President on Sunday started several developmental works at Village Chohala of R.S Pura Constituency which is one of the largest village of the Sub-Division. Continuing the developmental works in R.S Pura, Dr.Gagan Bhagat kick started construction work of lanes and drains including sanitation works at Village Chohala, which was ignored for one or some other reasons despite the fact that it was the most pending demand of the localites to include the said village into “AADARSH GAON” ( Model village), it was a live example of political and bureaucratic apathy,” why were treated as second class citizens during the era of Congress & National Conference.?? said Sarwan Lal a senior citizen who has a shop at the main road Chohala”, he further added that Dr.Gagan Bhagat came to us during the assembly elections and promised that he will sincerely to the development of this ignored village, and he kept his promise and the developmental works which are started today are a live example of the working metholodgy , commitment and sincerity of the Legislator and the Prime Minister’s slogan of “Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas”. Another localite Seema Kumari who is a college going student told that the road of R.S Pura to Salehar was in worse condition and we lost hope that it will never be repaired , but this time since my birth, I have seen such a thick Macadam that even the elderly people were surprised, and the ten months for this R.S Pura I have several developmental works started by Dr.Gagan Bhagat, I supported him because he was educated , and has a vision, since he is a youth like us, and it was quite unfortunate that despite we have sent twenty five M.L.A’s into the assembly from the B.J.P and at the centre there is B.J.P government even then why there is Governors rule in our state..??, we had casted our vote for a popular government, not for the Governors rule, every work has been delayed and the important issues are being taken up at the snails pace.On the occasion Dr.Gagan also announced a Park, and a Community Hall at village Chohala ,since the villagers are poor fellows and they don’t have money to spend at costly banquet Halls for their religious and social functions he added.Senior officials of Block Development Office R.S Pura residents of the Village Chohala, social and political activists were also present on the occasion. The M.L.A kick started the work of lanes and drains at Chohala, Rangpur Basti, and Tanda. These works will be done under the supervision of R.D.D and will be completed at an estimated cost of around Rs. 15 lakhs. While speaking on the occasion, Dr.Gagan Bhagat said that several developmental works will be started in the constituency in the coming days.He said that he will fulfill all the demands of the masses of R.S Pura and will work round the clock for the betterment of the society as well. He also assured the people that every possible initiative which could help in making their lives comfortable will be taken up on priority so that the basic demands of the public could be met. He stated that his party is committed to work for the development of R.S Pura in all aspects and wishes to make it a model constituency.Bhagat also stated that improvement of power, construction of roads and lanes of R.S Pura will be his top priority. The residents of Chohala Village also thanked the M.L.A for conceding to their long pending demands.Prominent among those who were present on the occasion included Distt.President Brijesh Rana, Mandal R.S Pura Pradhan Natharam, Habhajan Singh Pammi, Gurdeep Singh, Panch Ajay Kumar, Devi Dass, Vikas Dogra,B.D.O R.S Pura,A.E.E (REW)Wasim Qazi,J.E of R.E.W Ajay Balgotra, and S.H.O R.S Pura.
