Priya Sethi, MoS for Education, Technical Education, Culture, Tourism, Horticulture, Floriculture & Parks, released reference book in political science for senior secondary students. The reference Book in Political Science (World Politics and Indian Politics) for the students of class 12th has been authored by Dr Shaveta Sharma, a Gold medalist, NET-JRF working in Government Higher Secondary School Boys, Samba. The book is written according to syllabus of both J&K Board and CBSE and deals with all the topics prescribed in the syllabi in a very comprehensive, lucid and detailed manner. The Minister was pleased to note that the quality of the book was at par with any national and international publication since it was written with the broad curriculum in focus right across the schools all over India. She said the author has not only brought her scholarship to the book but also her varied teaching experience. The Minister commented on this positive trend of providing quality reference books to students at the level of class twelve so that a healthy trend of reading quality books is inculcated in the students. With an in-depth understanding of the need of the students and a vision of qualitative education the writer has published the book with AADEE publishing house that is nationally and internationally renowned for promoting the regional writers and also for its commitment to quality books for the students at all levels of education.
