Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) organised an impressive function at BJP State Headquarter Dr. Shyama Prasad Mookherjee Bhawan, Trikuta Nagar in which State President Bharatiya Janata Party Sat Sharma CA & MLA Jammu West was chief guest along with State General Secretary BJP Harinder Gupta, State President Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha Dr. Suresh Ajay Magotra, , All Morchas Parbhari Munish Sharma.
Addressing the gathering Sat Sharma congratulated BJYM Jammu Kashmir on launching Social Media Platforms and said that Media is the 4th Pillar of Democracy and social media is an important part of Democratic system. He said that if somewhere media doesn’t reach to give coverage, social media play an important role to give platform to the masses for rising their issues. He further said that in the coming local bodies and panchayat elections Social media can play an important role.Our govt is visible on ground and Congress and National confrence led successive govt.had blocked the development of State he Said.BJP is committed to undertake important Developmental inicative in the interest of people of three region .
On the occasion Harinder Gupta said that Yuva Morcha is an important part of BJP and Yuva Morcha should work for making organization strong at grass root level. He Further said that, in the previous election Yuva morcha play an important role in government formation, he also lauded importance of social media .
Speaking on the occasion Dr. Magotra said that, today’s era is era of youth and social media is playing an important role in the life of youths. Youth should use social media to transform their life towards different technical advancements but at the same time they should not fall prey to the negative side of this technology. He said that using social media platform, government is promoting public participation in decision and policy making. Almost 19 lakh people interact daily with the Prime Minister through online portal mygov.in. The Prime Minister is also available on mobile App Narendra Modi. All minister of the union government are available 24*7 on social media to interact with general public.
He further said that governments come and go. Elections happen. But a government is formed to serve the masses. In the last two years, people have seen our work. Our government is dedicated to the poor of the country . The country is changing but the mindset of some of the people are not changing. From Nehru to Sonia they fooled the people with the slogan of “Garibi Hatao”. The socio economic philosophy of our party is based on “reaching the unreached”. Our government’s thrust areas of socio-economic development are; Gaon, Garib, Kisan, Mahila, and Yuva.
On the occasion Munish Sharma said that almost 70 percent of population is connected through social media and Yuva Morcha should use its benefits in spreading policies, schemes and ideology of our government among masses.
