Hon’ble CM, Hon’ble Dy. CM Dr. Nirmal Singh,Hon’ble Speaker J&K Assembly Kavinder Gupta and Minister for education today launched the scooty scheme for the college going girls and distributed 300 scooties to the girls at women college Gandhi Nagar and Parade in the impressive functions organised by higher Education Deptt. Dr Nirmal Singh said that this is a step towards women empowerment. He further said that it is also a step towards PM Narinder Modi’s commitment for Beti Bachao and Beti Padhao.
