BJP held Modi Fest at Government Higher Secondary School, Rajouri in order to acquaint the people of the public welfare schemes initiated by Narendra Modi led NDA government at the centre. Fest was inaugurated by the Member of Parliament Jugal Kishore Sharma along with the Member Legislative Council Vibodh Gupta, BJP State Addl. Office Secretary Rajinder Gupta and District President Dinesh Sharma.
Jugal Kishore Sharma, while addressing the gathering in Modi Fest, said that the Nationwide programmes have been initiated in connection with the completion of three years of successful first corruption free Government at the Centre. He said that PM Modi, committed to his agenda of good governance, has raised Indian Society from clutches of miseries and in order to ensure implementation of schemes at ground level, Making Of Developed India (MODI) programmes are being organized throughout the country. He claimed that the public will be duly informed of all policies and schemes of the government, so that they could avail the maximum benefits out of them. While enlisting the various achievements of the Modi government during the first three years of his office, he embarked upon the success of schemes like “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao”, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojna”, “Kissan Credit Card Scheme” and many others for the transformation of India. He also asked the public to make full use of the event by visiting the MODI Fest which will continue for 3 days.
Vibodh Gupta, while speaking on the occasion, said that BJP is committed to extend the benefits of various schemes to the last man standing in the row. He said that, for the first time in history, every region is given equal share and importance leading to the realization of the Mantra “Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas”. While asking the activists to visit every neglected section of the society, he claimed that the activists of BJP will keep servicing the society, no matter what may come.
Different departments of Government of India and State Government had laid attractive stalls in order to familiarize the general public about various schemes, their benefits and the ways to avail them.
