District Committee of Bharatiya Janata Party under the President ship of its District President Baldev Singh Billawaria organized Flag hoisting ceremonies on the eve of sixty eight Republic Day at Ward No.52 Preet Nagar. Beli charana, Ward No 68, Jeewan Nagar, Ward No.56, Gangyal, ward no. 51 Channi Himmat, ward no. 52 Preet Nagar. A large numbers of BJP workers, office Bearers and Ward Presidents were present with Billawaria during Flag Hoisting. Though rains lashed continuously but there was no lack of spirits and enthusiasm in workers. Amidst chanting of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” people in large number came out of their homes and took part in the ceremonies.
Speaking on the functions at the above mentioned places, Billawaria said that we Indians are very lucky to get Republic and have true democracy and democratic institutions which ensure equal treatment to all for development. He said that we should hold democratic traditions as sacred to us unlike Pakistan which has all along been denied the equality and democracy. India he said is a biggest democracy and that is why the President of United States of America rings up our great Prime Minister Narender Modi and decides to check out a new strategy for durable peace in the world. At all the places sweets were distributed to mark happiness of the people.
