J&K BJP led by its State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul along with State Vice-Presidents Yudhvir Sethi & Rajni Sethi, MoS Priya Sethi, MLC Vikram Randhawa and MLA Rajesh Gupta took meeting of Jammu District at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar to review the ongoing developmental programmes in the District and simultaneously gearing for arrangements of a programme to be hosted on the completion of three years in office.
The programme will concentrate on showcasing the achievements of BJP’s public representatives during their tenure in public office. The move is being viewed as of particular importance to reach to the public and counter the mis-campaign against the BJP and its leaders by the opposition parties.
While addressing the meeting, Ashok Kaul sought the details of all the major programmes done in the district recently and asked for the suggestions and the comments of the leaders for improvements.
Kaul concentrated on the need of taking the public friendly schemes launched by the Government at the Centre led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi as well as BJP-PDP alliance in the state. He emphasized that the achievements of the BJP government must be taken to the public to create the awareness among the masses.
Kaul also stressed on the need to cement the organizational fabric of the party at the grass root level. He said that the activist of the BJP must acquaint himself or herself with all the schemes as well as the party ideology to successively deliver among the public life.
He prompted all the BJP leaders present in the meeting to increase their first hand contact with the public and maintain that the BJP does not only make contact with the public in the election time but every time in the moment of the joy, sorrow or need.

State President BJP Mahila Morcha Purnima Sharma, Vinay Gupta, Jai Deep Sharma, Ankush Gupta, Harbans Choudhary, Hari Om, Hartesh Kumar and others were among the prominent persons present in the meeting.
