In connection with the BJP’s ten day long ongoing 125th birth anniversary celebration of Bharat Rattan Baba Sahib Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, National Integration Day was organized at Purkhoo Migrant Camp by BJP Kashmir Displaced District which was presided over by BJP State Vice-President & Prahbari Moti Koul alongwith Kashmir Displaced District President T.N. Bhat.
While addressing the huge public gathering at the function, Moti Koul highlighted the various features of “Gram Uday Se Bharat Uday” meant to strengthen the rural economy. He urged the people to participate in various programme and schemes of Central Government and take maximum benefits of schemes. He also asked people to share their experiences and put forth suggestions so that various institutions created for rural empowerment and progress would be made result oriented, strong and more vibrant. Speaking on the development, he said coalition will provide every possible support to improve living standards of Displace community. On occasion people were informed various programme to be organized.
While addressing T.N Bhat said that present BJP_PDP government is fully cognizant of the suffering and pain of the Kashmir Displaced people and shall make every effort to improve their living conditions. He said that he is highly thankful to the present coalition government which has adopted a very humane and benevolent approach towards the future of the migrant community.
Those who were present on the occasion included Mandal Presidents M.L. Bhat and Vijay Raina, Booth Presidents Bansi Lal Bhat and Bushan Lal Bhat, Bharat Bushan and Satish Zutshi amongst others.
